Nest Gardens embraced my brief for a native, water wise garden with a meandering pathway to an orchard. They sourced a beautiful array of plants and by-products for the garden including sawdust, sleepers and local council mulch. The result is an informal natural looking garden of native plants, grasses and ground covers, creating layers, textures and colours attracting insects and birds. A sawdust pathway meanders through the foliage to reveal an orchard encased by high passionfruit covered walls, leading through fruit trees (many gifted from neighbours) to a back gate recycled from a ‘dunny' door. The follow up advice and care from Nest Gardens in the weeks after finalising the project has been very much appreciated. I highly recommend getting in touch with the team from Nest Gardens.
